In the Eastern Suburbs, there’s an inherent lack of family homes on the market in the $5m to $10m price bracket. This week, Charlie Beaumont sold 145 Bellevue Road, Bellevue Hill to a database buyer after only one day on the market. With expats returning from overseas, this demand is certain to be further fuelled and with interest rates so low, budgets have increased.
