Our property management team has had a busy year welcoming 187 new landlords and leasing 515 properties over the past 12 months. Under the expert guidance of our Head of Property Management, Rachael Beadman, the team’s hard work and expertise saw the agency’s stalwarts recognised as finalists in the REI Awards for Excellence with Rachael in the Leadership category along with our New Business Executive Katrina Borg and Ashlee Chew also honoured in the prestigious peer-reviewed awards.

Katrina says, “It’s been an eventful year in the PM team with our portfolio growing from strength to strength and being kept busy by the ever-increasing demand for quality rental property. The cost of living crisis has overshadowed everything else, especially the lack of housing issue, meaning it’s been a challenging time but our pace hasn’t slowed and over the past 12 months we’ve processed almost 3,000 rental applications! As we come into the festive season, we’re now preparing for January so that we can hit the ground running when we kick start our open homes on Tuesday 7th January.”
