It’s been a fantastic year marked by the expansion of the PPD brand with our third office opening in Coogee in July, a string of benchmark sales and a number of hugely successful community events and fundraisers. This year, PPD was voted #1 Most Recommended Agency in NSW and Australia for the third consecutive year serving as testament to the calibre of our agents. Our standing as the #1 independent agency in the east is a true reflection of our team’s hard work, dedication and phenomenal talents.

With just 10 days left until the end of the year, Debbie Donnelley says, “Despite the challenges the market faced this year, our sales team has performed exceptionally well. We’ve already listed over 30 exceptional new properties ready to launch in early January for February auctions and there are plenty of superb homes to check out on our website over the holiday break.

The property management team has had an outstanding year with 421 properties leased to date and 12 more available and open to view tomorrow, Saturday 21st December. The team has managed over 10,000 enquiries, processed over 700 applications and moved into sleek new beachside premises in Coogee. Head of Property Management Rachael Beadman says, “This year we embraced new technology to help our property managers and clients by providing a faster, more efficient and streamlined service. We’re now cloud based and paperless using the most cutting-edge software in Australia, which has underscored the fantastic growth we’ve achieved this year.
