Smashing Records!

This week’s sale of 12 Victory Street, Clovelly smashed the suburb record for Clovelly by a whopping 36%. Holding a coveted beachfront setting, opposite the surf club, the five-bedroom home sold after only five days on the market with 43 groups inspecting the dream house and six contracts issued in only a few days. The strong result proves that the top end of the property market is performing exceptionally well and the price achieved made the vendors a staggering 77% growth over their five year ownership.

The auction for 40B Henrietta Street, Waverley has been brought forward a week due to strong demand and is now scheduled for auction on Saturday 1st May. Designed by leading architectural firm MHNDU with landscaping by Dangar Barrin Smith and bespoke interiors by Jo Lawless, the state-of-the-art family home with ocean views overdelivers in terms of style, space and functionality. David Tyrrell says, “Brand new homes in this tightly held village precinct are incredibly rare and this Torrens title home sets a new benchmark for design in Waverley. Built to meticulous standards from the ground up by K2 Build, the four-bedroom home offers a unique opportunity to own a high-end home that’s never before been lived in.”

Yesterday Alexander Phillips took out the number one spot in the REB Top 100 Agents award for 2021 for the sixth year running. Designed to set an industry standard, the metrics used to generate the ranking include the number of properties sold, total dollar volume of properties sold and the average sale value. Alexander says, “I’m humbled to receive the award again this year, it really is a team achievement so well done everyone for all their hard work and a big thank you to all our amazing clients for trusting us to do what we do best.”

On Saturday 15th May, our Randwick sales specialist Daniel Cachia will be taking part in the Ultra-Trail 100 in the Blue Mountains to raise funds and awareness for children across Australia living with autism. Daniel says, “To be out of my comfort zone for 15 hours running 100km through the rugged terrain of the mountains doesn’t scratch the surface of the challenges that kids with autism live with on a daily basis. I will be running to help raise funds for a cause close to my heart, Oscars100, which is a not for profit organisation committed to improving the lives of children diagnosed with autism and supporting early intervention.” To find out more or to donate to this very worthy cause, click on the link Daniel Cachia – Ultra 100km Charity Interview (mailchi.mp).
