The annual RateMyAgent Awards for 2022 were released last week and we’re thrilled to announce  that our Property Management team ranked as the #8 in NSW. The RMA Awards recognise the top businesses and professionals in the real estate industry and are based primarily on client reviews and feedback.

Jason Pantzer says, “Congratulations to our amazing property management team for their achievements. The team is going from strength to strength and its fantastic that their hard work has been recognised by clients and the RMA Awards. Head of Property Management Rachael Beadman and Head of Business Development Katrina Borg deserve a big shout out for their achievements in growing the portfolio and making our clients happy! Our sales team also performed exceptionally well in the rankings and was awarded the #4 spot for NSW and #3 in Sydney. Both our management and sales team recognise that your support and trust forms the cornerstones of our success and we will continue to work tirelessly to exceed expectations. It’s a team effort but we couldn’t do it without the continued confidence of our amazing clients.”

Rachael Beadman reports that the management team leased 606 properties in 2021 and has had a strong start to the year with 80 properties leased since January. Rachael says, “We’ve already leased 32 properties since the start of February and, although stocks are rather low, we’re keeping the momentum that powered us through 2021. Houses are still in the highest demand and we field over 4,000 enquires and process over 350 applications a month which keeps the team busy which is how we like it!”

Our sales team also scooped up a number of suburb awards across the east including Bellevue Hill, Bronte, Clovelly, Darling Point, Double Bay, Paddington and Waverley. A special congratulations to Daniel Cachia for taking out the award for the #1 agent in Randwick for the third year and a row and to our Double Bay specialist Sean Poche who has maintained his status as the top agent in the suburb since 2014!
