PPD is a proud sponsor of the UNSW Eastern Suburbs Football Club, one of the oldest and largest AFL clubs in Sydney. In May, the club held a fund-raising Sports Lunch at Doltone House and one of the highlights was the auction of a ‘Sell Your House Commission Free’ prize donated by Alexander Phillips. Following some spirited bidding, the prize sold well above expectations to a repeat client of Alexanders’ with the $30,000 raised going to the UNSW AFL Scholarship Fund, which assists with equipment, travel costs, coaching expenses and club grants. Club President Steven Dunkley says “As one of the leading clubs in the Eastern Suburbs, we’re delighted to have the leading real estate team in the Eastern Suburbs on our side! We really couldn’t do what we do without the terrific support from Alexander and his team. We can’t thank them enough!”

The winning bidder’s property at 65 Mount Street, Coogee hit the market this week with Alexander Phillips and David Tyrrell. David says, “It’s rare to get such a large block this close to the beach and with such beautiful gardens which are testament to the talents of acclaimed landscape designer Peter Fudge. We launched the property to our database this week and have had an amazing response so far. The great thing about this sale is that Alexander has donated his time and skills with a commission-free sale. It’s a great honour to play a role in supporting the community in such an active and worthy cause.”
