Kicking Goals For UNSW Easts Bulldogs

10 Sep 2021

PPD is a proud sponsor of UNSW Easts Bulldogs, one of Sydney’s most successful AFL clubs. To support the club, each year we donate a Commission Free Auction which is then promoted and ultimately sold to club supporters, players and fans. Director of the club Neil Hoar says, “The prize is usually auctioned at the club’s annual fund-raising event but as this has not been able

to happen this year we’ve had to take a different approach. We’re happy to report that the Commission Free Auction was bought by ex-Australian cricketer and club supporter Brendon Julian and his wife Suzanne.” The prize raised $30,000 worth of funds for the club and Alexander Phillips will be auctioning their property in the coming weeks. Alexander says, “We’re thrilled to be able to continue our support for the Easts Bulldogs and are excited to launch the luxurious Bronte Place apartment and present it to the market. The two-bedroom apartment at 301/113 Macpherson Street, Bronte is right in the heart of Bronte village and holds a prized corner position with a huge entertainer’s, high-end interiors by SJB and lift access to secure parking.”

This week we’re shining a light on Bondi Junction as we have three fantastic homes on the market all with unique appeal. Built in 1880, Zach Carter’s new listing at 11 Grafton Street, Bondi Junction is a double-fronted Victorian manor that is magnificent in both scale and potential. Zach says, “The north facing property is set on a deep dual access block with double garaging and offers a superb opportunity to transform into an architectural masterpiece. The five-bedroom home features B4 Mixed Use zoning so also offers a massive development upside with scope to capitalise on its prominent location between Westfield and Centennial Park as well as potential harbour views.”

Alexander’s listing at 23 Hough Street, Bondi Junction offers exceptional value for a freestanding home and comes with a choice of architecturally designed concept plans to add a level and a pool to create your dream home on the edge of Bondi Junction’s urban playground. Just around the corner is Alexander’s hot new listing at 55 Mill Hill Road, Bondi Junction which is part of the historic Mill Hill precinct. The family home of celebrated interior designer and author Anna-Carin McNamara, the beautifully renovated Victorian terrace showcases her signature Scandinavian design aesthetic over three light-filled levels. Freestanding to the north, the four-bedroom home is in the catchment area for Woollahra Public School with Oxford Street’s foodie hub at the top of the one-way street and is an easy 550m walk to the Woollahra Gates to Centennial Park.

This week the sales team secured 14 sales with an average price of $3.5m and listed 26 new properties. Take care, stay safe and keep connected.
