End Of Financial Year Wrap
It’s hard to believe but we’re already half way through the year which, despite lockdown and very challenging times, has flown by. Over the past 12 months, the team has secured the sale of 509 properties with a total value of $1.22 billion and the property management team has leased 528 rentals and now manage a portfolio of around 1,000 properties.

Jason Pantzer says, “Even though the world’s a little upside down at the moment, the real estate market in the eastern suburbs continues to thrive as buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants continue to transact. It’s clear from our results that deals are still being done. On behalf of both our sales and property management teams, we’d like to say a massive thank you to all our clients for their continued trust, support, patience and understanding.”

All You Need Is On Read (Street)
It doesn’t happen often, but we have three properties available on the same street which presents a superb choice for buyers looking to secure a home in one of Bronte’s most sought-after pockets. Read Street is a lovely wide street with rear lane access on both sides making for a safe, family friendly environment that’s just up from the beach and two streets back from Bronte Public School.

Charlie Beaumont says, “What I really love about Read Street is its streetscape as the homes that line both ends all have their own unique character and appeal. There’s very little traffic too and you’re so close to the beach that you can duck out for a surf before work or go for a run along the coast path to kickstart your day. One of Bronte’s most appealing attributes is its ability to attract a dynamic mix of people, from young professionals and families to downsizers and celebrities. All three of the homes that we have listed on the street have very different aesthetics and design features which will appeal to a broad range of buyers. Come and check them all out tomorrow as I’ll be showing them back-to-back and it’s perfect winter weather to see Bronte shine.”

39 Read Street, Bronte is a sunny private haven hidden behind a walled garden with a timeless European sensibility and enormous double garage and will be open from 10.15am to 10.45am. 25 Read Street, Bronte is a newly built four-bedroom family home designed by acclaimed architects Lawless & Meyerson and featuring a master retreat, home office and two living areas and will be open from 11.00am to 11.30am tomorrow. 5 Read Street, Bronte is perfect for the young family with a self-contained studio ideal for au pair or in-law accommodation and is designed with a focus on alfresco entertaining complete with a heated plunge pool and will be open from 11.45am to 12.15pm.

Take care, stay safe and keep connected.
