With a Bachelor of Business and a Diploma in Property Services, Kenji combines his knowledge and skills to design personalised campaigns that consistently exceed expectations. Derived from Japanese kanji characters, ken meaning clever and ji meaning second, Kenji is not only highly experienced and market savvy but his manner is calm, courteous and always supportive.

Reflecting on his decade as part of the sales team, Kenji says, “Being in one place for a decade has enabled me to foster lifelong friendships and, ultimately, it has become the PPD family. I joined the team at the tender age of 25, after seven years of university, travel and aspiring to be a hotel general manger. Today I have the privilege of selling amazing homes in the east alongside the incredible team here. The close-knit dynamic and energy we share have made every aspect more rewarding.
