Any of my owners will tell you that I absolutely refuse to take a listing then wait for the highest offer that clicks through a website or walks into an open house. I make every owner a promise to get the best price in the market at the time. So that’s what I work constantly to deliver.

I’ll make suggestions for how to present your home perfectly. I’ll borrow your keys and show tradies through so you don’t have to use your time. I’ll be in the office from 7.30 am Monday to Saturday working our database. On Sundays, I’ll still be taking calls and doing buyer inspections. And I’ll be at every auction and open home in the area. That’s how I earn buyers’ trust — by having real answers to smart questions.

In a typical week, I’ll have more than 30 appointments on top of the hundreds of calls I make. But I’ll still send you a detailed report every week on everything that’s happened with your home.
