The rental market is extremely busy as our property managers are working around the clock to get properties leased and manage the requests of tenants facing financial hardship as a result of the impact of the coronavirus shutdown. We currently have 41 properties on the market, many with competitive rents as, due to current conditions, we’re experiencing an adjustment of around 15%. The good news is that we have plenty of active renters on the books and the team is being kept super busy showing properties by private appointment and has taken 10 holding deposits in the past four days.

In sales news, we’ve had plenty activity in Clovelly this month.
